Dear Families and Community Members,

Serving as the superintendent of the Silvis School District is both an honor and a privilege. As superintendent, my primary goal is to ensure that our students are provided with a challenging education in a caring and supportive environment. This includes ensuring that our students are safe while they are in our care.

The Silvis School District employees work diligently to provide our students with the best possible education. Six core values guide the work we do each day. I am proud to say that "integrity" is at the top of the list because we value truth, respect, and honesty in all interactions. Additional core values include commitment, shared responsibility, continuous learning, equity, and the whole child. As a district we understand that education is our primary job, but it must be provided in a setting that values the whole child and their individual needs.
