Silvis believes in providing students with the opportunity to participate in sports, clubs, and activities.

Athletics and activities are available to students in 5th grade at George O. Barr Elementary and students in grades 6-8 at Northeast Junior High School. Students are required to have a physical examination on file at school before they can participate in a sport.  Interscholastic sports take place outside of regular school hours and are in addition to the regular physical education program. Students involved in sports must remain academically eligible to participate.
